Student laptop turn-in:

• 6/15/2009 (Mon) -- 8th Grade
• 6/17/2009 (Wed) -- 7th Grade
• 6/18/2009 (Thu) -- 6th Grade

Note that students should back up all their work -- laptops will be wiped clean of all data -- before turning in their laptops. 

• Student school work can be saved to their home directory on the CAMPUS server.
• Student personal material (music, etc.) and/or school work may be burned to CD-ROM and/or saved to external media (USB Flash drive, external hard drive, etc.).

Teacher laptop turn-in:

• TBD (Summer)  -- 7th- and 8th-grade teachers, hold onto your laptop until notified (via EMAIL) that the new devices will be ready.
  • Or, if 7th- / 8th-grade teachers can NOT stop by the school and exchange your laptops over the summer, you must return it to the technology staff by the last day of school on June 23rd, 2009 (Tue).
• 6/23/2009 (Tue) -- 6th-grade teachers must turn in their laptop
  • If 6th-grade teachers need your laptop for professional development reasons during the June 23-July 13, you need to let Kerry Gallivan know the details of the work that you'll be doing.
  • 7/13/2009 -- 6th-grade teacher laptops ready for pickup.

• The Technology Department will make available external hard drives onto which teachers may backup their work before turning in their laptop.  Allow 15-20 minutes to accomplish this task.
• Additionaly, teacher's work can be saved to their home directory on the ARARAT server.
• Also, teacher's personal material (music, etc.) and/or school work may be burned to CD-ROM and/or saved to external media (USB Flash drive, personal external hard drive, etc.)
