- staff should get in email accounts and delete old stuff
- digital divide is fierce between older staff and younger staff not able to adapt easily
- approach this with the transition is going to be pretty effortless
- this verses webmail is a real plus!
- great support for mobile devices
- every Friday from now until the end of school with links to video files and FAQ and basic information about Zimbra
- each week the email and link will have more tidbits of information
- try to schedule time in summertime to help individuals with support
- use of Tech Tuesday and Thursdays for differentiated help
